Today went rather well.. Didnt eat anything for like 5 hours straight. Time to count!
Bite of eggs (probably not significant): N/A
Bag of celery: some negative calories ;)
PB and J sandwich without the crust: 380 calories
Pop-tart (i was starving): 420 calories
Starbucks white chocolate frappachino (i know, bad): 410 calories
A handful of peanut M&Ms (my favourite snack):150 calories
Some rice (not too much): 100 calories
Almond milk: 30 calories
Total for today: 1490 (gasp!)
Well, I did have a swim meet today and i was running around campus with my 20 pound backpack on, so i probably burnt a total of about 100 or 200 calories.
I’m still getting used to cutting down my calorie intake so Im cutting myself some slack. I have to lose a lot of weight by march though!!
